Cod fillet cooked in sauce of onion, tarragon, White wine, and splash of cream, served with sautéed potatoes and vegetable
Pork fillet strips pan fried with onion,garlic ,mushrooms , mustard and red wine sauce . Served with sautéed potatoes and vegetable.
Pasta served in Chefs special spinach, courgette , green pesto and cream.
