Traditional roasted crown of turkey with sage and onion stuffing and all trimmings

 Grilled and sliced with a sauce of  cacao , red chilli flakes and red wine, served with potatoes and vegetable.

28 days aged 7oz fillet steak with king prawns in garlic & herbs butter sauce, served with potatoes and vegetable.

Halibut steak in Tomato sauce, capers, anchovies, olives hint of chilli,  served with sauté potatoes, carrot and broccoli
