Christmas Day special  Gourmet menu 

6 course and Xmas,crackers £80.00

On arrival two of Val-Au- Vent,  smoke salmon and roasted vegetable.

Aperitif  

Amuse bouché of clear mix vegetables consommé 

Starter

King Prawns 

In garlic butter served on toasted panini and decorated with fresh rocket 

Antipasto Italiano 

 A mixed selection of Italian cured meats with olives, pickles, parmasen shavings, tomato olive oil dressing and a slice of  toasted panini 

Asparagus (V.without pancetta)

Wrapped in smoked pancetta and grilled with parmasen shavings served on butter beans purée 

 Crab cakes 

Mixed with mashed potatoes seasoned with mustard and deep fried served with anchovies mayonnaise.

Tricolore

Fresh Mozzarella, tomato and avocado  dressed with basil olive oil.

A comfort break 

Scoop of lemon sorbet 

Main course 

Tacchino Arrosto

Traditional roasted crown of turkey with sage and onion stuffing and all trimmings

 Pork Tenderloin 

 Grilled and sliced with a sauce of honey, garlic and red wine , served with potatoes and vegetable.

Surf and turf 

28 days aged 7oz fillet steak with king prawns in garlic & herbs butter sauce, served with potatoes and vegetable.

Swordfish Pizzaiola 

 in Tomato sauce, capers, anchovies, olives hint of chilli,  served with sauté potatoes, carrot and broccoli 

Stuffed Aubergine 

Filled with sautéed Vegetable and baked with mozzarella cheese served on bed of tomato sauce accompanied with herb risotto.

Dessert 

Christmas Pudding

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Tiramisu

Made with fresh ground coffee, Amoretto , cream ,  mascarpone and dusted with cocoa  .

Walnut & Fig

An evocative gelato that recalls old traditional recipes by combining a smooth flavour with rich and aromatic taste of figs                      

Crepe Suzette

 very thin pancake  served in a delicious orange juice , and caramel sauce, frambé with Grand Marnier served with ice cream 

Apple pie 

Traditional  homemade apple pie served with custard
